Job description


Objective: To lead the professional Talent Acquisition function and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices and engaging candidate experience. This role is both a strategic and hands-on professional TA role and will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring for all defined professional hirings through multi-channels.


  • Driving (plan, develop, facilitate) the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.
  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies primarily for professional and managerial resources as well as leadership level.
  • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
  • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process for defined hiring scope
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met as well as developing strategies for accomplishing direct hiring and establishing a strong employee referral program across the organization
  • Meeting and exceeding hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
  • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement on hiring process, hiring channels strategy and candidate experiences to achieve the hiring objective
  • Strong collaborating with relevant People Solutions (Human Resources) teams and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong experience in professional hiring senior recruiter or manager role with both hands on and strategic TA approaches in Talent Acquisition;
  • Strong internal stakeholder-facing skills with excellent communication, influential and confident in building relationships with all levels
  • Professional business language in native Japanese; working level of English skills. Fluent English is preferred.
