Job Description:
This role focuses on leasing activities and involves supporting the growth of startup companies in the market. Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding co-living concepts and promoting company services (monthly apartments, short-term rental, hotels) to meet customer needs.
  • Responding to inquiries via email, phone, and chat promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Maintaining and expanding the customer database (finding and referring potential clients).
  • Proposing strategies to increase sales and achieve monthly KPIs.
  • Assisting the accounting team in issuing invoices and contracts, and following up with customers for a smooth contract process.
  • Reporting on sales strategies and current updates to headquarters.
  • Coordinating with the operations team to arrange service requests from guests.
  • Marketing activities for new properties and adding them to listings.
  • Re-engaging with past guests or inquiries.
  • Conducting information exchange with local real estate agencies during new property acquisition.
  • Welcoming ideas for developing new sales routes beyond the specified tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales (industry does not matter)
  • Business-level Japanese
  • Business-level English (daily conversation proficiency acceptable)
  • Basic PC skills (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work cooperatively and emphasize teamwork
  • Willingness to take on tasks beyond those listed as needed and to actively engage in learning and challenges beyond language barriers
