Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to support their HR system development initiatives and further strengthen HR operations as the business continues to expand. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the success of HRIS projects, particularly focusing on Workday, by collaborating with HR stakeholders and IT teams.

The successful candidate will act as an internal consultant, helping global HR teams optimize their Workday system usage and ensuring projects are aligned with company needs. The role will also involve managing project timelines, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance, particularly for small to mid-sized projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead small to mid-sized HRIS projects, define project scope, set milestones, and manage timelines.
• Project Support: Assist in larger project planning and execution, ensuring all aspects are tracked and documented.
• Resource Coordination: Support resource allocation across projects to ensure optimal utilization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders and business partners to ensure project objectives are met.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in testing processes to ensure project outcomes meet quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation, including solution designs and progress reports.
• Global Standards Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with global standards and best practices.
• Issue Resolution: Help resolve project-related issues promptly.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and track project performance against KPIs.
• Community Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends to ensure project relevancy.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR technology or project management, with a focus on small to mid-sized projects.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and technical proficiency.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience working in a global environment is a plus.
• Skills: Fluency in English is required; Japanese language skills at a business level are desirable.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification, and Workday certification or relevant HRIS certifications.
