Department Overview
The responsibility of the BSS Development Department (BSDD) is system development of B2C BSS systems and making sure of requirements from the executive and business teams.
Consumer DX Product Management Section
Responsibility: Product Manager of B2C BSS system. Make sure business requirements and make system requirement. Collaborate with the development team (Vendor, in-house) for system development and operation.
Position:
We require a product manager for BSDD in our group, covering system design, functional design, delivery, operation which are the scope of this role.
Position Details
- Define/Clarify business requirement, Define the roadmap of the assigned stream, communicate with the development team
- Clarify system requirement, function requirements, and integration requirements.
- Communication with all stakeholders including other company/vendor.
- Management backlog, operation improvement, production operation.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as a product manager or web director.
- Experience in clarification for business requirements, and system requirements.
- Experience of make functional specification documents, interface specification documents, etc.
- Experience of create test cases/scenarios.
- Experience troubleshooting in production.
- Experience in development in multiple projects in parallel.
- Communication skills.
- Manage for own tasks.
