Department Overview
As a retail electricity provider, we offer electricity services for general households and city gas services. We are expanding our services to become the leading new electric power company by providing a convenient and affordable experience close to our users. The Energy Service Development Section is responsible for the end-to-end management from requirements definition to development, operation, and maintenance of our services. Our aim is to establish a new power platform utilizing advanced IT technology and big data.

Position Details
Job Summary
Lead the planning and promotion of projects in the Energy Division and define system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Definition
  Gather business needs and define detailed requirements for system implementation.

• Project Management
  Manage progress and quality as a project manager, ensuring successful project delivery. Oversee management of offshore development projects.

• Coordination and Negotiation
  Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Planning and Proposal
  Plan and propose development projects that maximize service value. Propose and implement innovative ideas for operational efficiency, automation, and AI integration.

Work Environment

• Number of members in the Energy Service Development Section: 20
• The team includes many mid-career professionals from outside the electricity industry, with strong support from team members.
• Technologies: PHP, CakePHP, Laravel, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Elasticsearch, Kibana, GCP.
