Job description

■業務内容（一例）
◻︎要件定義フェーズ
・ビジネス部門との要求事項整理
・外部ステークホルダ(取引所、銀行、ASP事業会社等)とのビジネス要件調整・システム化要件調整
・開発部門と協議し、見積もり取りまとめ
 
◻︎開発フェーズ
・進捗、課題、スコープ、品質、コスト管理
・リスク管理および早期対応策の策定
・チームマネジメントと各部門との調整
・上層部への進捗・状況報告
・プロジェクト関連ドキュメントの作成
・外部ベンダーの管理（契約、品質、納期）
 
◻︎運用・保守フェーズ
・システムリリース後のフォローアップ
・プロジェクト振り返りによる改善策検討
・システム監視とメンテナンス計画の策定
 
■Work content (example)
◻︎Requirements definition phase
  • Clarifying requirements with business departments
  • Adjusting business requirements with external stakeholders (exchanges, banks, ASP business companies, etc.)
  • Adjusting systemization requirements
  • Consulting with development departments and compiling estimates
◻︎Development phase
  • Progress, issues, scope, quality, cost management
  • Risk management and formulation of early response measures
  • Team management and coordination with each department
  • Progress and status report to upper management
  • Creating project-related documents
  • Managing external vendors (contracts, quality, delivery date) 
◻︎Operation and maintenance phase
  • Follow-up after system release
  • Considering improvement measures through project review
  • System monitoring and formulation of maintenance plans

  • Development and maintenance of mobile apps for customers
  • Migrating customer-oriented systems from on-premise to AWS cloud
  • Adding new alliances to SBI Securities' point service 

Requirements

Required skills and experience
  • IT project management experience: Experience in being involved as a PM or PMO in medium-sized or larger system development projects (approximately 20-80 man-months or more of development time)
Welcome skills and experience
  • Experience involved in securities system development projects
  • System development experience
  • PMBOK and other qualifications
