ポジション概要 (POSITION SUMMARY)
 
主に営業部門、および社内バックオフィス部門（財務経理、人事、総務、法務、オペレーション等）をサポート対象とし、社内開発された業務システム、サードパーティー製のシステム、およびクラウドサービスの導入・保守を担当するポジションです。
 
業務内容 (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
  • 主に従業員向けシステムの開発・運用保守を担うエンジニアポジションです。
  • 要望や課題を理解し、アーキテクチャデザイン、設計、開発、テスト、リリース、運用、保守と、システムのライフサイクル全領域を担当します。
  • 対象ビジネス領域は、営業、人事、経理財務、オペレーションが主となり、幅広いビジネス機能をサポートします。
  • クラウドソリューションとしてSalesforce, Workday, Concur、および一部オープン系アプリケーションが対象となります。
  • 今後は上記のシステム間連携のほか、弊社コアシステムとのデータ連携を行い、従業員が効率的に業務を行えるよう提案・導入を行います。
  • 非機能要件やセキュリティを常に考慮に入れたデザイン・開発を行います。
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of in-house developed business systems, third-party systems, and cloud services, primarily supporting the Sales division and internal Back Office departments (Finance/Accounting, HR, General Affairs, Legal, Operations, etc.).
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This is an engineering role primarily responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of systems for employees.
  • You will be responsible for the entire system lifecycle, including understanding requirements/issues, architecture design, planning, development, testing, release, operation, and maintenance.
  • The supported business domains mainly include Sales, HR, Finance/Accounting, and Operations, covering a wide range of business functions.
  • Cloud solutions covered include Salesforce, Workday, Concur, and some open-source applications.
  • Moving forward, the role involves proposing and implementing efficient system integrations, including inter-system connectivity and data linkage with the core company systems.
  • Design and development must consistently take non-functional requirements and security into consideration.

Requirements

必須要件 (SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • 3年以上のソフトウェア設計・開発に携わった経験
    • うち2年以上のSalesforceを使った開発経験
  • SalesforceのApex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura Component, Visualforceのいずれかの開発経験
  • Salesforceの標準機能、No/Low Code、Pro Code（カスタム開発）の判断、および最適なデザイン/開発ができる能力
  • 大量レコード処理をUI/バックエンド（標準、ノーコード、カスタム開発）間でデザイン/開発ができる能力
  • 同期・非同期処理を理解し、最適なデザイン/開発ができる能力
  • 外部サービス連携、バッチ処理のデザイン/開発ができる能力
  • バージョン管理ツールの使用経験 (Git, Bitbucket等)
  • **VSC (Visual Studio Code), SF CLI (Salesforce CLI)**等を使った開発経験
  • 英語の読み書きを翻訳ツール等を使いながら行える方（会話は意思疎通ができれば可）
  • 日本語が第一言語ではない方は、日本語の読み書き/会話で意思疎通できるレベル

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (Mandatory)
  • 3+ years of experience involved in software design and development.
    • Including 2+ years of development experience using Salesforce.
  • Development experience with one of the following Salesforce technologies: Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura Component, or Visualforce.
  • Ability to assess standard Salesforce functionality versus No/Low Code and Pro Code (custom development), and to implement the optimal design/development.
  • Ability to design/develop high-volume record processing across the UI and backend (standard, No Code, custom development).
  • Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous processing and ability to implement the optimal design/development.
  • Ability to design/develop external service integration and batch processing.
  • Experience using version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.).
  • Experience in development using VSC (Visual Studio Code), SF CLI (Salesforce CLI), etc.
  • Ability to perform English reading/writing using translation tools (conversational ability is acceptable for communication).
  • Non-native Japanese speakers must be able to communicate effectively in Japanese (reading/writing/conversation).
